Hwy 60 and A Hwy Overpass Project Update:

As many of you may have noticed things are moving rapidly on the north side on and off ramps. Once these have been shaped and asphalt has been laid this will bring back access to Highway 60 from A, thus bringing the traffic on the North outer road down substantially. The MSE walls and bridge supports will start bringing into vision what the new overpass will look like and how it will reshape the landscape. With the mild winter we have had things have progressed at a faster pace than anticipated. We urge people to use caution while navigating the construction zone as heavy equipment and personnel are closer to the roadways than we have had in the previous months.

Citywide Alert Notification:

I am pleased to announce that the Village of Diggins is partnering with Webster County Emergency Management and our surrounding communities to offer a city-wide alert  notification system.  This is a service that will be free of charge and completely optional.  In order to participate please follow the link on the right side of the main header. Enroll and start receiving alerts as they are released.
